Build Times

All controllers are built to order (excluding pre-builts). Wait time varies depending on complexity of the order and current order queue volume.

If you place an order you can look for updates via "order lookup" or email updates.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery confirmation. Returns will have a minimum of a $20 restocking fee unless there is an issue with the controller that falls into warranty.
