We will modify or repair any controller brand that is a 1st party controller internally.
(Ex: Scuf, BattleBeaver, Cinch, Hex, Aim, Etc.)

To start a repair/send-in order, please fill out this form. Pricing information is listed in the dropdown boxes below. Note: There is a $50 minimum charge on non-DemonWorkshop controllers.

**Any shipments sent in from outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional import fees as of Novemeber 1st, 2025.

A send-in request may be denied if it is not one of the controller types listed below or if the controller does not power on/connect.

Troubleshooting Controllers

Use gamepad tester to view your inputs and find your issues. Controllers are wear items and eventually buttons/switches wear out and need replaced. This is noticed by intermittent inputs or completely not registering

Standard sticks also wear out over time and are only fixable with replacement.
