Repair Info
I repair a variety of controller brands including Scuf, BattleBeaver, Cinch, etc. To start a repair order, contact me explaining your issues and I will send you shipping information as well as what to include in the shipment. Cost is determined by the type of issue(s) you are experiencing (see dropdown options below for pricing information). There is a $50 minimum charge on non-DemonWorkshop controllers, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
There is a flat rate $15 return shipping fee applied to orders in the United States. Shipments outside of the US are roughly $40-$60 USD.
Wait time for repairs is dependent on repair type. Estimated build time is listed at top of page. Inquire about expedited services if needed.

Troubleshooting Controllers
Use gamepad tester to view your inputs and find your issues. Controllers are wear items and eventually buttons/switches wear out and need replaced. This is noticed by intermittent inputs or completely not registering
Standard sticks also wear out over time and are only fixable with replacement.
