Covers any mods done to the controller for a 120 day (4 Months) period after shipment date. Does not cover drops/spills/mishandleing of the controller. Any tampering with the controller will also void warranty.

United States - We will cover the return label, repair, and shipping to you (Standard 2-3 Day Shipping)

International - You are responsible for return shipping then we will cover the repair and shipping to you.

After 4 months, I still offer repairs at a reasonable price to keep your controller working like new.

If you are a competitive gamer, I recommend having at least 2 controllers. It is good practice so that if your main controller has an issue and needs to be sent in for repair you'll still be able to game and compete while waiting for your repair. I always offer the best quality available, but as with anything you can run into issues over time as these are wear items.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your controller, you have 7 days from the date your order was received to request a return. Customers requesting a return are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, the controller will be assessed for damages and a refund will be issued based on the condition of the controller. Please be advised that a restocking fee of $25-$50 will be deducted from the amount of the original purchase based on the complexity of the build.

Controllers orders including Marius boards or Marius Conversion Kits are not eligible for returns or refunds.
