Hall Effect (No Drift) Sticks
Hall Effect Modules replace the stock thumbstick modules. They're mostly known for being resistant to stick drift. This is due to them using a magnet and sensor which never make contact causing them not to wear out like stock modules. This will allow them to be much more consistent over a long period of time.
Available for PS4,PS5,and Xbox)
(You still may experience centering differences up to 0.3 on the high end. Thumbsticks use an internal spring to recenter and aren't always 100% when returning to center. Same applies to brand new controllers with stock modules) (the higher the stick tension the more this is amplified)
Stock Sticks
Stock stick modules are the modules that come in the controller from the factory. They are the same potentiometer style modules that have came in controllers for over a decade. They use a wiper that runs along a carbon track. (think of a windshield wiper on a car). Once the carbon track begins to wear, it will cause the signals to become jittery, inconsistent, even up to extreme cases where the stick moves uncontrollably
Don't get me wrong, these modules are still great and can last upwards of 6+ months or over a year of daily play with zero issues. The lifespan seems to vary depending on a lot of things. Luckily, these are replaceable if needed
Demon Sticks
Demon sticks convert the L3 and R3 to a mouse click which makes them easier/faster to press. Great for players who use these buttons often.
Thumbstick Tensioning
Thumbstick tensioning is something some players love. Increasing your tension may work better for you to be more precise with your aiming while lowering your tension will make the stick easier to move. Increasing tension will make L3/R3 harder to press since you are increasing the spring tension, lessening will make it easier. Increasing also shortens the lifespan of the stick as well as increases the chance of the snap back of the stick to center not being as accurate. May need to increase deadzone to avoid experiencing "drift" in game
(Available for stock and hall effect modules)

Demon Bumpers/Triggers
Demon bumpers and triggers refer to changing the bumper or trigger of the controller into a short mouse click like pull. This is a big benefit in FPS games as well as others. The response time is faster as well as the time it takes to fire multiple shots. These are not recommended for racing games as the trigger or bumper turns into an on/off switch
Bumper/Triggers are available for PS4 and PS5 Controllers
If getting PS5 bumpers you must get triggers as well
Triggers are available for Xbox Series X/S Controllers
Demon Face Buttons (PS Only)
Demon face buttons, just like the bumpers/triggers, turn the face buttons and dpad into a short mouse click press. Very snappy and a claw players favorite. These are a custom ribbons with Omron switches and custom buttons made in house. Buttons come in white and black only.
Only available for PS4 and PS5 currently. May release an Xbox version in the future.
This is not the stiff premade kit most other companies use
Rear Buttons ( Tactical )
Tactical rear buttons are the standard rear buttons many companies use including Scuf (Buttons under paddles), BattleBeaver, Cinch, etc. These are tried and tested and are familiar. Lifespan is normally around 500k clicks before you can experience inconsistent inputs or not working at all. These are replacable if sent in
Rear Buttons ( Demon Switches )
For those wanting more, I took the initiative to be the first to offer true mouse click rear buttons! This was a multi month project of trial and error perfecting these. Not only are these easier and more satisfying to press along with being more responsive, they also have 33x the lifespan of tactile rear buttons (10million presses). I've had nothing but great reviews on these and have seen many PRs broken.
This is a 3 piece design and has slight wobble side to side due to the tolerances to have the button as snappy and responsive as possible. Does not effect gameplay
These were designed by me and made in house. Only available at DemonWorkshop
Button Mapping
Button mapping refers to what the rear button will mimic.
Always think of it as if you're holding the controller. Left hand will press left buttons and right hand will press right buttons. (NOT as if you're looking at it from the back, you will make your mappings backwards)
Buttons available are
-X (A)
-O (B)
-Triangle (Y)
-Square (X)
-Dpad UP
-Dpad Down
-Dpad Left
-Dpad Right
-L1 (LB)
-R1 (RB)
-L2 (LT)
-R2 (RT)
-L3 (Stick Press Down)
-R3 (Stick Press Down)
Remap Chip
A remap chip allows the rear buttons to be remapped on the fly. One day you could run X | O and anther you could run Square | R3 etc
Demon Pad (PS Only)
Demon Pad converts the stock touchpad into a nice easy to press mouseclick pad. Extends the lifespan of the switch and increases the speed it can be pressed
USB-C Conversion ( PS4 )
A popular option for the PS4 controller is the USB-C conversion. To answer common questions, there is no overclocking or performance advantage of USB-C on the PS4 controller. The real advantage is the micro USB that comes standard on the controller is a common weak point. The USB-C lessens the chance of having disconnecting problems as the port is much more secure. Overall this option is a quality and longevity option
Rumbles
Rumbles refer to the rumble motors in any controller that has a vibration feature. These are commonly removed to lessen the weight of the controller as well as most never use them.
These will be removed by default if selecting mouse click rear buttons
